Rachel, That is amazing...141 lbs is great. I am so proud of you. As for drinking water when you feel hungry, I was told or read the same thing. I am trying to do that but sometimes my brain gets in the way. If I could just delete somethings from my brain I think that would be a lot better. Anyway good luck on getting off the plateau. I lost a couple of lbs over the weekend and that is the first time in over a month. And to be honest I have no idea why I lost it. I have not really done anything different. Anyways, I am committing to trying to drink more water and drink it when I feel hungry. Also, I am thinking about joining a gym to help me start exercising. Good luck to all. Elizabeth

hehehe...it rocks, doesn't it! I went out to a club with friends this past weekend. Last time I had been to a club was long time ago because I just didn't feel very "up to it". Sure enough I figured I should go with friends and just have a good time. Let's just say that my friends are very cute, and I was the big girl in the group. I've always had confidence in my walk (hey, gotta work with what you got) but used to just hanging out, dancing with friends, and not really there to "be picked up". Sure enough, went to the club this weekend and was getting asked to dance and just on top of the world. Life is good!

As I have lost weight, I am surprised at how resilient my skin has been. I am a slow looser, so my skin has had time to "catch up" and shrink with the rest of my body. There are only a few places on my body where the skin seems extra loose, and I think I can live with this for now. But my arms......oh heavens! They are horrible! I would absolutely love to wear all the little sleeveless sheath dresses and tank tops this summer, but I don't think I ever will! All this (upper arm) sag is so sad to look at, and I will forever be self conscience of it. I have tried exercising extra hard in this area since last fall to avoid this problem, but nothing seems to work. Free weights. Stretches. Nothing helps. Does anyone else have this problem or maybe you don't have this problem because of something you're doing right. Any suggestions are appreciated! Bat wings are not pretty! (Unless they're on an actual bat!) ~Laura

Hi Leslie! Thanks for the compliments, hon! You made my night! To get pics in the body of your profile, you need to have your pics saved on a webhosting site. I use photobucket.com. Very easy. After you load your pics there, you copy the link that starts with URL and paste it in the body of the profile, where you want the pic to be. Hope this makes sense! Hugs, Denise
