Weigh 177 as of this morning...for the past month or so, it's been varying between 175-180! Not just from day to day but throughout the day too.
As of right now, I have lost 107 lbs and I have 27 lbs till goal.
I have been eating horribly lately though and I am surprised I haven't gained weight! Yesterday morning the scale said 180 but I ate horribly yesterday AND it's that time of the month! Oh well, always a new day to start afresh

I love sunflower seeds I eat them in the car. I started this when I stopped smoking and haven't stop eating them. I asked my doc and he said it is ok to eat them but don't eat the shells.

I bought some new clothing and I am now a size 18. I can't remember being a size 18. I remember in the 8th grade i bought a size 22 jeans and I just bought a size 18. So as of today and am smaller then i was in the 8th grade. I am so happy I could cry. I was telling my siser that I am so happy to be out of my 20's and she laughed and said that is the only time in her life she will hear a woman say she is happy to be out of her 20's. A SIZE 18 I CAN'T BELIVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't have baggy eyes, but I do get dark under eye cirlces every so often. I am not sure what causes it, but it's really annoying when I am not feeling up to applying a bunch of concealer and makeup.
Anyone have suggestions for this?

Thank you. I had fun shopping today for my mothers day present. I took back and xl and large of everything into the dressing room only to have to have the girl get the mediums. It was surreal. I am not sure I am mentally ready to be this size, cause I still see me as bigger.
