Donna: I had my annual GYN checkup last week, and the doctor discovered I was a little anemic also. He suggested I start taking slow-release iron supplements, along with my daily vitamin regiment. He said that the slow-iron would not upset my stomach as much....and probably not cause me to become constipated. So far, so good. I feel more energetic in just a few days! Good luck to you! About the weight...yes, I have been hanging at 205 for over 2 weeks. It is about to drive me crazy (again), but after getting through the last "stall," I know that it will eventually break and I will continue to lose, albeit not as fast as just after the surgery. Keep up the great work. Losing 110 pounds is really fantastic! I've only lost 81 pounds (since surgery), and my surgeon was really delighted with my progress at my 9-month checkup. ~Laura

Hello... I understand what you are talking about... I have been getting the sweet cravings... I am selling my house, buying a new house and moving this weekend coming up so I am a bit stressed... plus we started a travel agent business and that is taking off too... and my regular job... I have been falling back into my old habits again. Snacking when I am bored, using food to medicate myself, etc. Luckily, I can't eat that much. I am eating more carbs and fat than protein. I want to get back on track, and I do fine at work during the day. I am just so stressed out when I get home from work that I immediately want carbs, or just a piece of chocolate. Help!!! Alicia

Today, like every other day was crap. Breakfast - nothing Mid morning snack - about 12 Dill pickle potato chips. Lunch - 1/2 cup tuna mixed with some mushroom soup out of the can and heated up. Snack - Some sugar free ice cream. Dinner - 1/2 cup tuna mixed with...yadda yadda yadda. I drank a bunch of ice tea with Splenda today too. These crappy eating days are killing me...I need to start making plans for meals, so I get some better choices in. Tiffany

My beautiful thick hair began falling our January 6th(I'm not kidding, it started on a single day!) and continued to fall out by the handfuls for ABOUT 100 days! And then it stopped. Just stopped. No warning, no slowing down, just done. So hang in there, Lisa- there is an end in sight! Corina
