Well....I did better than yesterday
B: Protein Smoothie
S: Nada
L: Meat sauce, a couple of peanuts (wierd combo)
S: Chex Mix (evil food)
D: Protein Smothie & baked potato wedges
Water: Bad. I am sure I didn't get enough
Vitamins: Do all that in the morning with BC pills, so I don't forget

B: 1 banana
no snacks
L: 5 piece chicken tenders from Burger King (with ranch and some ketchup)
no snacks
D: spaghetti w/turkey meat
Water: 48oz thus far, shooting for 60oz as a minimum by dinner time.
Vitamins: um, took my B12...I'll go do that right now

Topic: 8/30's - progress report
That time again...I am glad to say that after no weight loss for the last week, i went down 5lbs in one week - that's the most I've lost in 1wk. I attribute it to me upping my water intake and walking during lunch. Since the weather has been so great in Los Angeles, I go for a 20min walk during lunch and just take in some sun. I've also STOPPED missing breakfast (i noticed a few of you noted that you don't have breakfast on the 'what did you eat today' post...baaad!..it makes a difference)
I'm so bad about eating breakfast as well, but now have a quick fruit (mainly apple or banana) on my drive to work.
Post your progress for this week; if you didn't lose any today or plateau continues:
what will you be doing this week to change your current eating/exercise routine?
For myself, I'll be increasing my walking since I felt that made a difference. I'll be walking 20mins more mins a day (even if it means getting my butt up at 11pm or 6am and getting on the threadmill).
Loss this week: -5lbs (that's a record for me...I'm usually 2lbs/wk)
Loss thus far: -110

Great idea to post our intake...we have this also on the california board and I caught myself taking notes when I read something yummy that someone else had.

I'm here. You are doing great. Hats off to you. All is well. I'm doing terrible with my protein. I haven't had a protein drink in over two weeks. I am still taking all my vitiamins so I guess I'm not "THAT" bad

Hi Judy,
Glad to see you back!
I am weighing in at 205. For a total loss so far of 133 lbs. And that puts me 35 lbs. from goal. However, I don't expect to see that soon as weight loss is really slowing down now.

WOOOHOO!! Proud of you. I am still stuck at 154 size 6 but I am ok with this. Even if this where I am at till plastics its ok size 6 is pretty good to me. But really I want to get to 138. I am hitting the gym hard today, so we will see what happens at this time next week. Just not sure I can mentally wait till October for my plastics even though I know I need to. Argh, sorta like in the beginning I want results, NOW!
