Being in the 140s is definitely sweet! You'll be there in no time, let's just be as good as we can be. I fit into a size 10 and even fit into a size 8 skirt this weekend; I was blown away by that. I still feel like I have plenty to lose and need to hit the gym more often, as I bet we all do.

Wow you are doing an amzing job there, 173lbs
I am doing quiet good myself, I am down 105lbs and have about 30-35 lbs to go to goal. My weight loss is slowing down also, only 1lbs this past week but I am happy it is still coming off. I also have a new pic on my profile, it is halfway down, it is at my brothers wedding.

I haven't lost even one pound in the last month.
I have been a slow loser all along. I lose weight and then hit a 3 week platuae. So still I have lost only 80 pounds.
I have decided I need to join a gym and work out more then I have been doing at home.

Okay, how are we doing???
My weight loss has slowed down, but going to the gym is making it speed up again. I have now lost 173 pounds! Just 168 more pounds to go until my goal!!! I have new pics up on my profile.

As for the protien thing, I was eating plenty of protein when my hair was falling out.
I had bald spots on the back of my head at the hair line and at my temples. It was bad. I started using Nioxin hair products (expensive, but they sell it at Hair Cuttery). The Nioxin didn't seem to help much. But then a friend told me about Biotin supplements. I started to take it, and the hair started to grow back. But I was still losing. Finally it stopped about 2 months ago.
ANYWAYS.... in short... there is nothing you can really do about the loss of hair, but getting your protien in and maybe trying some Biotin will help it grow back faster and healthier. The loss will eventually stop on its own.

S: a little more dinner and 1 small scoop of Carb Smart choc. & peanut butter ice cream
Water: uhhh, this is embarrassing... 4oz
Soda: 8oz Diet Coke
Juice: as snack- 4oz
Crystal Light: none
Vitamins: 1 prenatal multi, 1 B-12, 1 Biotin, 2 calcuim, 2 iron

Hey Norma!
I am so jealous you are in the 140s. I can't wait to get in the 140s even if it is 149. I'm still ticking away at this 1 lb. a week which brings me to 151. I know I need to up my water and walk that will be my goal for the week. Congrats on the big loss this week! Thanks for posting!
