Hi 8/16ers. I'm down 88 pounds and am exercising like crazy. I've lost 57.5 inches already and have gone from a size 30 to a size 18. Pretty cool. While I don't lose as quickly as some of the other losers on this site, I tend to go slow and steady with a 1-2 pound loss per week. Barbara 296/208/145 -88

Hi Kathryn: I also exercise an hour a day 6 days a week alternating circuit training/weights with walks on the treadmill. I've lost 88 pounds since August 16 of last year and am losing it slower and slower. BUT- have you measured your inches lost yet? I have lost 57.5 inches and have gone down from a size 30 to a size 18W! BTW congrats on breaking the century mark. I find I feel much better after I exercise hard. I feel like a million bucks. To answer your query, I'd say that more exercise means more calories burned. And in order to lose weight you have to burn more than you lose. So I wouldn't suggest dropping down on the exercise. Congratulations to all of us we are doing great!! I am down 111 lbs and in a size 10...10 lbs t my goal!!! I am feeling great....had one small set back which was gallbladder surgery 2 weeks ago but I am back to myself now!! Life is great!! People are starting to tell me not to lose annymore..but i do want to get to my goal...I am losing really slow but as long as I am not gaining I am HAPPY!!! Thank god for this wonderful tool. Hi people i Had my surgery august 23rd 2004, i weighed 298 when i went in and now i weigh about 190 and i was wondering if anyone else noticed, that their legs (below their thigh) I noticed all my neck bones and my wrist bones (that i thought i never had) and do ya'll notice that people say ''there is NO WAY'' you weigh 190 or so, you look like you weigh about 160'' i hate that!!! i'm like i know how much i weigh!!! heehee anywho i am proud of my weight loss...now i want a arm lift and tummy tuck...has anyone done this yet? i bet if i did i would be at my goal weight! Hi Lisa... personally I have not lost really any hair other than the normal daily amount... but I take a vitamin that has biotin in it and didnt know that till I really read the label and I have not had any thinning at all.... Good luck... from what I read your body will need to adjust.... but get in the protein.... Debra 227/205/135/120 goal (almost there)
