Good job Susan. : Ditto on your thoughts about this amazing tool. Sometimes it feels like a long time since I've had this surgery and other times I want to pinch myself to make sure this isn't a dream and I'll wake up to find it hasn't happened at all. This has been such an 'a-ha' week for me. Even though the losing has slowed considerably, the inches are still coming off quickly. I guess our bodies really do need to catch up. I practically skipped a size 12 altogether and went from a size 14 to a size 10. My husband and I have been doing so much fun stuff that I NEVER would have attempted before........ I've taken up golf, we bicycle at least 1 day a week, & I'm going to do a half marithon this fall with my daughter, niece and sister-in-law this fall. I used to hate exercize and sweating. Now I love it. Life is good! I applaud 'us' all barb 276/158

Hi all, I have lost 85 lbs. Not great but I am really happy. I am 155 and feeling great. I am losing so slow now. I don't really want to lose more than 10 more lbs anyway. I took my rings in to finally get them resized!!! My wedding ring had been sized up to a 10. I am sizing it down to a 7!!!!!!!!! I get them back Friday. I haven't worn them in soooo long. I can't wait. I am so excited!! Karin

same here basically. It is physically impossible to eat and drink for me. I will take sip at the end to rinse my teeth out but that's about it. Like everyone else said you will not feel the fullness long enough if you drink and eat at the same time. I say the reasons you listed are the real reasons.

I hit 199 yesterday too!! But how tall are you? How in the world are you in a 10! I need to shop at your stores. I'm in a 16 right now and I started out in a 26. I'm so glad I'm over the 26's. Goodtimes!

dont despair Tammy. I did the same thing. I joined the gym when my weightloss stalled for a couple of months. It took me awhile for the weightloss to start up again. Your body goes through periods of adjustments. When you start working out you are building muscle and they weigh more than fat, but you will see a loss again. Are you still losing inches?? I am only losing about 5 lbs a month at this point.. but hey.. I will take anything... Good luck... Sondra
