Louis where the heck ya been? I've missed you. I'm doing good, eating like a moose and drinking coke! Just kidding, eating like i should and drinking lots of sf lemonade. What are you talking about summer? You live in California, isn't it warm there? Now it has been freezing here, below zero, but warmed up to 40 today. Can't wait for summer, if ppl don't like my skin they can look the other way . I weigh myself every time i pass the scale LOL , at least twice a day. I'm taking all my vitamins and drinking my protein still. Hugs Linda

anyone had trouble or got sick from peanut butter? I did i eat alot of t and it just so happened i had the jar but did not know ......so i kept eating it then i thought could you have too much protein??? then it came on the news hat they were recalling some of them i was eating it alot and i just kept making myself sick... my stomach is now feeling a little better but not all the way yet

I hope everyone had a great Christmas or Holidays. It is time to bring in a new year. I pray everyone has a great New Year. I don't want to bring down the mood but I would like to take time and share a moment with all of you. I am leaving today to Mexico. My 2nd oldest brother passed away early morning today. We will be barring his body December 31. Still, I hope all of you bring in the new year with a big celebration with you family and friends. Just be careful. Thank you for being a friend throughout the year. I will talk to you all next year. God bless you all and take care.
