How does one change their Avatar?

I so *HATE* the avatar that is attached to my posts. I have changed the "before" and "after" pics in my profile, but the avatar??? I don't even know where to find the right place to go to change it!!! Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

Just send the pic you want to [email protected] and let them know that it's the pic you would like for your board picture! Kristy

Justina, I just had mine changed. I was shocked when I saw the before and after--mind you my before was 15 lbs lighter than when I stated research. Hugs to you, DH and the boys!!! Brooklyn misses you!
