Those last stubborn pounds...
Dear August Friends:
I am about 25 pounds from my goal and have slowed down significantly....almost completely stopped losing now.
I've been so busy with work lately, I haven't had time to get to Curves for a regular workout routine. Any good ideas for kick-starting my weight loss again?
What have some of you tried to keep the pounds coming off so close to reaching goal?

Hi Laura,
I wish I had the answer for you. Sorry, I don't, but I'm right there with you! I have lost 193 since my highest weight and have 22 more to go. I am losing sooooo slowly now. I too need to get to the gym more often. At least I'm not eating the Halloween candy!
We can do it. We will get to our goals! We are on our way!
