Poll:Are you still losing?
Hi Marianne!
I started out with a BMI of about 60 and now it is around 29, and I've lost 190 total. I am about 25 pounds from goal and I have not lost an ounce in a few weeks. Since last June, I've lost only 25 pounds. I have been bouncing between 179 and 181. I am a bit discouraged. I'm thankful for all I've lost, but I don't want to stop this close to my goal!

Hey There,
I was losing great and was about 30lbs from goal when I found out I was pregnant. I am 5 months pregnant now and have gained four pounds. I am not worried though because I am confident in my skills I learned pre-pregnancy. I know how much a human should be eating now and I always try to eat protein before anything else. I figure I will be at my goal before next summer, but with a beautiful baby to love too! I couldn't be happier with my loss and look forward to some PS after baby.

No, I haven't lost any weight in a couple of months. It's my own fault--I never exercise, and I eat probably 3000 calories a day. I just haven't felt motivated in a while. I've reached my own personal goals, so not really sure I WANT to lose anymore weight. Taking a break, I guess.

I am down to 152, not my doctor's goal, but I like myself just as I am. I go up and down a couple pounds, which gets to me, but I am happy and healthy. I do not get my water in as I should and I have added small bits of potatoes and rice with meals. Pre-op starches would add pounds, sooo what can I say. I also found sugar does not affect me, bad news! I just stay away from anything with sugar.
