Hi all I dont no if anyone remember me well I have not posted in a long time but I have read these many post over the year I c0me in hear late at night just reading I was wondering what do you eat I still have not had bread and stay away from sugar I am not big on meat I am addicited to cheese nips and going to cut them out I love diet ice tea and salad do you count calories and watch what you eat what do you eat

Hi Brandi, I remember you we actually share the same doctor. How are you doing?? have you reached you personal/surgeon's goal?? I basically eat any and everything. I eat bread in MODERATION. This means it's not included with EVER meal and if I have bread in the am that's it. ONCE a DAY if I decide to eat it!!!! I'm also an addict. My addiction is honey nut cheerios!!!! YUMMY. However, prior to that I was also addicted to cashews, sunchips and tons of grapes. I definitely DONT count calories!!!!! My philosophy is that I'm eating WAY less than I ever did so I"m no****CHING and COUNTING everything I consume. I also don't eat me. I'm trying to maintain my weight. Started out 229 (size 18/20) as of today I'm 115 (0). All the best. Marcy

HI Marcy I sure do remember you. Do you still go to Macura office?I dont go anymore the traffic is awful coming from staten island so I just use my PCP. I dont eat bread never had it I eat tons of fruit and was addicited to cheese nips but latley I dont like them, I am not an eater just pick here and their I only drink water and diet ice tea I was 250 size 20 and 3x now I am 137 size 7 and juniors M I am pretty happy I suck at my vitamins but getting better at them How is Nora does she still post I will be back to posting talk to you soon
