Help! I can't loose ...

...anymore weight. At 5"5 Iam down to 120 lbs. You can count my ribs without any trouble - even from front view. I need to hold my weight, What can I do? Birgit

Have you tried less exercise or no exercise for a few weeks and adding more calories? My Dr. recommends adding nuts or peanut butter to your diet when trying to maintain. Good luck, Christie

Hi Christie, thanks for the tips. But I do not exercise at all, but I like the nuts. So I will add them more to my plan - especially almonds and brazil nut my favorites. Birgit

I'm 5'2" and 115 so yeah in the same "boat" although my ribs are not showing. My doctor has suggested to increase my food intake. Basically speaking I should try to eat more often in the day and increase carbs. I've taken her suggestion by eating more throughout the day but I'm comfortable with my weight so my focus is to maintain between 115-120 size 0 and not to lose anymore. Good luck. Marcy
