Help! I can't loose ...
I'm 5'2" and 115 so yeah in the same "boat" although my ribs are not showing. My doctor has suggested to increase my food intake. Basically speaking I should try to eat more often in the day and increase carbs. I've taken her suggestion by eating more throughout the day but I'm comfortable with my weight so my focus is to maintain between 115-120 size 0 and not to lose anymore. Good luck.
