hey everyone, i just posted some new pix on my profile in celebration of my 1 year anniversary, aug 31st. all i wanna know is... how did i ever carry all that around?? whew!! wears me out looking at it lol anyways... my 1 year total loss is 195 if you include the weight i lost pre op. not too shabby but still have much more to go....

We had our surgery on the same day! I am at my Dr.s goal. I was a light weight. I have lost 90lbs. I want to lose 10 more, so I can say I have lost 100. I am no longer a diabetic. You look great. Congratulations on a great year. Is that your husband with you in the pictures? Tell him Thanks for all the military does for us. They are soooo brave. I hope they are all home soon.
