Happy Aniversary 8/17er's :dance:

I can't believe that it has been only been a year. Starting weight 428lbs Today's weight 252lbs Lost forever 176lbs I noticed a few months ago, that I have only 1 chin. That has got to be the coolest thing ever. Also, my 11 year old neice said to me, boy Aunt Heather, you move so fast these days. That and the ability to chase my 2year old son, and hearing him say mommy pretty. These have to be my greatest gifts from shedding all that weight. Dropping clothing sizes and all is cool, but living the live I have today is what really excites me. Being the person I have always wanted to be, and thought I never would.

Heather, You have done so-o-o-o well! I can just imagine how much easier it is to "keep up with" your little boy--and enjoy him too! I have 2 grandsons (ages 2 1/2 and 4 mo.), and I just can't get over how much more energy I have to play with them. A year ago, when I'd get down on the floor w/ Luke, it was a MAJOR feat to get back up--had to scoot my way over to a chair or something to hoist myelf up! My year anniv. is coming up too. My life is so much different, my husband and grown kids are so thrilled for me, my co-workers are so supportive, and my friends and other family have been cheerleaders all the way. I thank God for this chance to re-claim my life! You can be so grateful that you did this while you're young! Continued success! Jo 295/157/150 -138 lbs.
