ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!!!

Good Morning, Family! I am so blessed to be here this morning, and I am so proud to have lost 98 pounds...so far! I just wanted to share a little bt of my joy of my one year WLS anniversary with you! I have had a remarkable year, I would have never thought that I would be feeling so good, just to get up in the morning! I have so much energy compared to what I had....it is remarkable! I was wearing a tight 24 -26 to wearing 12-14's.....at this point! I can run, cross my legs, exercise and I can keep up with my teenagers! I am so thankful to God for blessing me, and my family. I am so thankful to the Lord that I just can't thank Him enough! We have also had a lot of ups and down financially. But the Lord is soooooo gooood, he has brought us through the roughest of times and is still watching over us. I just can't PRAISE HIM enough! I am still doing my best in using my tool! I still have not reached my goal that I have set or that my doctor has set......but I will be back at school (work) Monday.....I can get back to my routine.....that I have been slacking on this summer.......and control unnecessary eating and back to my exercise routine! I have a little bit of hanging skin but as long as I keep up my exercises....it goes away....as I have found out this summer by not keeping up with my routine! Family, sorry for rambling, but I am so happy today.....my teenagers can't even take my joy, today! I have come so far, and still have a little more work to do......but that is OK!
