8/16 ers its 11 months!!

Just a check to see how everyone is progressing? Wow what an amazing 11 months!! I have been doing really great, maybe a little too good. I find I can eat things I shouldn't and that scares me but I am going to see a psych to talk about my no willpower and see if I can work through this. I've lost 170 pounds and I've battled the last 20 for three months. I keep going up and down. I feel pretty good on most days but I have never been 138 pounds in my life that I can remember so I know my body is still adjusting. I see the plastic surgeon on August 10 for my consult on the TT and Mastopexy with implants. I am not doing the brachialplasty because of recent info I found out, even though it is much needed. If anyone wants to know why email me. I'd rather not post it publicaly.(sp) Well congrats to everyone and keep up the good work!! Talk in another month for our 1 YEAR!!
