Comparison

I really don't want to compare myself with others but I am just curious?? I am an 8/16 er and I am 5'2 and started out at 308. I am now 141 with a total loss of 168 pounds so far. I only have 11 pounds to my goal. I was just wondering where other people are? I was also wondering if any 8/16 er has had their PS yet? Hi Jamie, You have done great! I had my surgery on 8/12 and started at 360 pounds. I am now at 192 , so i have lost the exact same as you so far, 168 pounds. Hugs Linda

I was thinking I was doing great. Then I look and you and I don't feel so good about myself. I was 381 and now I am 250 that is 131 lbs. I would like to be under 200 even if i am going to bw 199.9 I will be so happy. you are are doing so great. Lynn 381/250/199.9 I hope

Hi Jamie, Although I didn't have surgery on 8/16 (WLS 8/30/04). My beginning weight was 229 height 5"2'. Current weight 127. Having tummy tuck on July 20th. I don't compare my lose since no two people are alike even if they both started at the same weight and height. Best of luck to you. Marcy
