Goal and beyond

I made goal a few weeks ago..well I made my doctor's goal, I just wanted to get below 230. I am now 5 pounds below his goal and almost at 11 months out. I feel great, my family is so proud of me. Good luck to everyone in their own journeys. Tracey 5'9 327/172
