plastic surgery united healthcare

Hello, I had my surgery august 23, 2004 and I am down around 110 give or take, I currently weigh about 180 and i am 5'7 I want to know if anyone knows about United Health care in Houston Texas about plastic surgery being covered. I had really bad bat wings and a bad tummy problems. please let me know! RACHAEL

I also am interested in anyone that has had plastic surgery covered by United Healthcare. My policy says No cosmetic surgery. Rachael, We are about the same size & height. I had lap RNY on Aug 27th of last year. I am down 104 lbs. I am 5' 7" and now weigh 174. I am in a size 14. For the first time in my life. Yipee!! I have some skin on my arms, but that doesn't bother me near as much as the skin on my abdomen & rear. Also I was a D cup, now struggle to fill a C. I love the outcome of my surgery. I'd do it again in a minute. Just would like to have some of this skin removed. Let me know if you get any responses on how to get United Healthcare to pay part or all of the surgery. Thanks.

I have a friend that united helth care and they cover her tummy tuck , and they just covered my breast reduction and lift
