Finally...*smile*
During my WLS journey, I never took post-op pictures or took measurements (it was just me and the scale all these months). Never really had a reason why I didn't, just didn't. This weekend was my 9month anniversary and I FINALLY took some post-op pictures and wanted to share with all of you:

All of you, in your own special ways, have been an awesome support system. I've only told a handful of people of my WLS and have been very private about it in my personal life. You all have been my source of support and understanding since you know where I'm coming from. Hey, some of you have been a support system, without even knowing it! Thank you for answering my random questions, your input, and just being you.
From the bottom of my heart: Thank you!

Hi Norma,
I just seen your pictures and you look awesome! I have a tender place in my heart for all us August 04 beauties, and to see us all come out of our cocoon, and emerge into these beautiful butterflies is so amazing. We are all going thru the same thing at the same time, and to see us all excell is wonderful. As of this week, 9 months out, I have lost 106 pounds. I did take measurements before I started this journey, but have none to report for this month. Perhaps we can report, not only our weight loss for the 10th month, but inches too.
Even though I have physical difficulties due to a car accident 3 months before surgery, I feel wonderful about the weight loss thus far. Unfortunately I could not exercise like I should have due to the injuries, but I am still so pleased with the 106 pound loss. I can only imagine where I would be today for a loss if i could have incorporated exercise.
Best Wishes,
SusanWNY
