Melissa - 101 lbs gone, 20 to go. Feel like a new person. Buying size 14 clothes for the first time in my life. Have hit a snag in the losing process, but plan to increase my water & exercise this week to get things going again. Have until one year anniversary (8/27) to get the final 20 lbs off. No problem right?

Lap Band - 55 lbs, down 4 sizes (almost 5), no more bp meds, almost off diabetes meds. Good job everyone. - Marjorie

Hi Lisa, I am acutally doing extremely great now that I have had my gallbladder out 5.5 weeks ago and the RNY surgery back in August 04. I have lost more than I ever thought I would. I have lost about -149 lbs and I love every minute. -----I smile more now than ever.... I had my bank teller to tell me I NEED to get a new license picture this week because it looks like me and it don't. I have even had a 24 year old to approach me about a date. I told him: 'young man do you know I old I am...?' He said: 'he didn't care because I looked nice.' So cute (young men)... anyway, my head went straight up in the clouds for the remainder of the day... Here are my sizes now: Dress size: was 32/34 now 16/18 Pants size: was 32/34 now 16/18 (some 18/20 depending on maker) Shirt size: was 4x now Large or a 14/16 (and some 16/18) Shoe size: was 11 now 9 (9.5 depending on maker) BMI: was 55.9 now 35.5 BP: was 140/124 now 118/70 **I have lost a lot of inches and lbs over the last 9 months...

130lbs gone forever. Buying size 14 clothes. Feeling great. I have another 30 to go. I have hit a slow spot but increasing things to get it moving again. I know I will do it.

Hello everyone! I'm down 85 lbs and I'm not taking any medications except for vitamins. I feel great and have a lot more energy. Size 24/26 to 12/14....I still feel weird when I slip something so small on. -Kelli 255/170/150
