What did you eat today?
Bkfst: breakfast taco (egg, chorizo, and beans - skipped the tortilla)
1/2 cup of decaf coffee
S: 2 pieces from a california roll *yummy*
L: the rest of my california roll (4pieces)! with some wasabi, ginger, soy sauce; 1/3 piece of chocolate cake...Bad norma! Birthday lunch for a coworker
-1/2 Diet coke
S: water, water, water...I'm falling behind!
D: hmm...not sure. 1/2 cup of hot & Sour soup
Water: 48oz...shooting for 60oz before dinner.
Let's see....
B: 1 egg scrambled with cheese and sausage and 3 bites of rye toast with low fat cream cheese
S: water
L: 1 cup left over spaghetti w/ turkey saugsage sauce
S: (I was horrible!!!) 1/3 cup of Fiber One Honey Clusters cereal w/ milk, 1 Oreo, a few M&M's, and two bites of birthday cake w/ lots of frosting on it. (before anyone jumps on me, I learned my lesson by feeling sick as a dog for an hour while at work!)
D: 1 piece thin crust pepperoni pizza, 2/3 piece regular crust pizza Chicken Supreme and 4 oz Diet Pepsi
S: another piece and 1/2 of pepperoni pizza and 6 oz Diet Pepsi
Water: about 32 oz (I'm getting better)
Vitamins: 1 multi, 1 B-12, 1 Biotin, 2 Iron, 2 Calcium

Yeah, wish I could scold you guys... but not here since I'm no better!
B: Protein drink and 2 cups decaf coffee with coffeemate
S: 6 reduced fat crackers and slice of cheddar cheese
L: 6 reduced fat crackers and slice of cheddar cheese again with about 1 oz of beef jerky
S: Light Doritos (really yummy and only 1 gr fat), and a light granola bar (what the heck was I thinking???)
D: 1 oz of tri-tip (ugh, I'm feeling it) and 2 spoonfuls of scalloped potatoes (gross) and a bite of salad
S: 2 bites of Dryer's light rocky road ice cream, 1/2 banana, 1/2 granola bar (another one? it didn't even feel good the 1st time)
Water for the day--- MAYBE 36 ounces... I'm a friggin' hog!!! Today I'm going to focus on drinking water and that's IT!!!!! No more eating! (I wish)

Breakfast: One slice french toast w/ 1 tbs low-sugar syrup
Lunch: Ruby Tuesday salad bar w/roll & butter
Dinner: 2 oz. sirloin steak and 1/2 baked potato w/butter & sour cream and slice of cheese (melted on top)
Snack: 1 Jello sugar-free pudding cup
Snack: 1 no-sugar, no-fat chocolate ice cream from Bruster's
Water: 32 oz. (so far)
I'll probably have a cup of hot, green tea before bedtime.

B: Body for Life Bar (Cookies and Cream Flavor) and a Carb Control yogurt smoothie. Iced coffee with non fat milk.
SOBE LEAN (Tropical melon/mango flavor, 28 oz)
L: Light yogurt with Carb Well cereal added for crunchiness
Snack: meat from a very large spare rib leftover from Memorial Day and nuked.
Iced Decaf with non fat milk.
Dinner: 1/2 of a small steak (about 3 oz,) spinach salad
FUZE Slenderize with Citrimax (i think 20 oz) Cranberyy/Raspberry flavor
Maybe later tonight I am going to have Low carb sesame crackers with a slice of cheese. Not sure.
Water through out the day, but I don't measure. With the two large juices, I'm sure I met the criterion for fluid intake.
I did much better today.
B: 1 cup of Smart Start soy protein cereal with 1/2 cup skim milk
S: nothing
L: a nice salad with lots of veggies, some ham and cheese, light Ranch, and some sunflower kernels; a few small cubes of watermelon
S: 2 cheese sticks
pre-dinner appetizer (LOL): 3 small pieces of cucumber and 2 small strawberries
D: a Lean Cuisine chicken pot-stickers Asian type dinner
S: probably a scoop of some Carb Smart ice cream
Water: about 30oz so far...
Vitamins: uhhh, I think I forgot my iron at lunch... but I have taken everything else
Exercise: I am missing my water aerobics class right now!
