Water: 48oz thus far, shooting for 60oz as a minimum by dinner time.
Vitamins: um, took my B12...I'll go do that right now

B-8 oz. FF Carb Countdown w/ CIB
S-3 slices of Turkey Bacon
L-FF Hotdog w/1/2 slice bread
S-1/4 Cup Reduced Fat Mozzarella
D-FF Hotdog w 1/2 slice of bread
S-SF Fudgsicle
3 Tums, 2 Flintstone vits, B12, Biotin
22 oz of water (This may be my problem)

Let's see... what did I eat yesterday...
B: 2 sliver dollar pancakes with SF syrup and 2 beef sausage links
S: nothing
L: 2/3 of a huge slice of supreme pizza
S: 5 oz Juicy Juice
D: 2oz pot roast, mashed taters, corn
S: a little more dinner and 1 small scoop of Carb Smart choc. & peanut butter ice cream
Water: uhhh, this is embarrassing... 4oz
Soda: 8oz Diet Coke
Juice: as snack- 4oz
Crystal Light: none
Vitamins: 1 prenatal multi, 1 B-12, 1 Biotin, 2 calcuim, 2 iron
Ok, today...
B - protein shake
S - Atkins breakfast bar and about 12 cherries
L - pot roast & mashed potatoes w/ gravy
S - popcorn, 1/2 of a 1 gram sugar Hersheys bar & 6 cherries
D -
Water - could be better...about 24oz
Vitamins - 2/4 multi & none of my B's yet
Exercise - going for a bike ride tonight when it cools down
