What did you eat today?
I see that alot of us are having problems with snacking and grazing. I certainly am. I am finding myself hungry more often now, and oh my is that scary. And besides that my scale is wacky LOL. I thought we could check in daily and tell each other what we ate today. That might help us stay on track. Miss Dolly does this on the main board but I thought it might be more intimate here with all of us in the same stage. So here goes.................
What did you eat today?
B-8 oz. FF Carbcoutdown Milk w/Carb Conscious Carnation Instant Breakfast
S-1/2 South beach diet chocolate cereal bar
L-3 Slices of Turkey bacon and 1/2 piece of toast
S-1/2 South beach diet chocolate bar and 10 Turkey pepperonis
D-Crunchy Taco from taco bell
I also had 4 Ranch Doritos, they were in my kitchen and I couldn't resist. I have got to stop this nonsense or I will never get to goal!

First of all i want to say you look amazing.
I am going to do this a day in arrears as my day begins a good 8 hrs before yours.So here goes yesterdays diet.
Not a good day for me probably one of my worst.
B- nothing
L- Ate out had mac cheese but it was so bland I only ate about 3 forkfulls and 1 roast potato
D- Slice of oven baked fish with 3 potato croketts(also oven baked)
S- 4 French fries and 2 rather large bites of deep fried haggis in batter
1.5 ltr of water and 3 red wines

Today, like every other day was crap.
Breakfast - nothing
Mid morning snack - about 12 Dill pickle potato chips.
Lunch - 1/2 cup tuna mixed with some mushroom soup out of the can and heated up.
Snack - Some sugar free ice cream.
Dinner - 1/2 cup tuna mixed with...yadda yadda yadda.
I drank a bunch of ice tea with Splenda today too.
These crappy eating days are killing me...I need to start making plans for meals, so I get some better choices in.

Great idea to post our intake...we have this also on the california board and I caught myself taking notes when I read something yummy that someone else had.
B: 1 banana
no snacks
L: 5 piece chicken tenders from Burger King (with ranch and some ketchup)
no snacks
D: spaghetti w/turkey meat
Water: 48oz thus far, shooting for 60oz as a minimum by dinner time.
Vitamins: um, took my B12...I'll go do that right now
