Hi Gals! Sorry I didn't post yesterday, was so busy I didn't get a chance to. I've been having a great week. I have lost 6 lbs. since last week. I'm now down to 251.4. This second job is really helping I think. I have also adjusted what kind of foods I'm eating and it is also making a difference. I'm getting in around 1000 calories a day vs. 13-1400, and around 36 g. of fat vs. 50, and I'm tyring to stay around 80 grams plus of protein. Plus I'm drinking 120 oz. of water a day, plus additional beverages, so I'm probably taking in around 180 oz. of fluid a day. I feel great, people are really starting to tell me how great I look (I guess cause my clothes all fit and aren't too big anymore). So....how did you do? JUDY 359/251.4/165-185? -107.4 lbs

Again girl, that is just awesome. VERY PROUD OF YOU!! I only lost a pound, but being only 19 pounds from goal and all I don;t expect to much. But DARN do I want it. Things are finally settled here inside the new house, but we have to finish spreading topsoil and then I will have more time for an actuall gym, but after spreading 12 sq yards of dirt(a whole dump truck worth), my arms are getting kinda buff. I got the cutest outfit yesterday, it fit well but I could tell postop tummy tuck it would fit nicer. I went and bought "I'm still hungry" by Carnie Wilson yesterday, to keep me motivated. I need motivation at this point. But hearing how your doing is good motivation! Thank you! Maria

Hi everyone I havent lost a thing this week, but am still shrinking. I know its gonna come off, but will be happy whereever i end up. Life is so much easier now, my knees dont ache, my back is fine now, i can walk, ride a bike, exercise, and even work full time now. Something i havent done in over five years. This surgery has truely been a blessing to me, I thank God everyday for giving me my life back. You guys all seem to be doing great, keep it up. Total loss so far -145 pounds.
