UP AND DOWN!

I am having the same problem here. I was down to 144 lbs, then up to 145 lbs and today I was 146 lbs. Now that is just the ups, but about a month ago I was all over the scale. Right now I am having issues with my job, so I am under a lot of stress. And I have really exercised for about 2 weeks. I am so close to the 100 lb mark, but I guess my body want to hold on. I am being a little generous right now with myself, by trying not to freak out on the upward trend. I will give it another week, then I am going to have to start changing my routine. I am having same problem, up and down. I was down to 174 the jumped to 177 now it is down a half up a half. Perhaps it is something about the low 170s....!!!! Today I am 176! Marla 271/174/135

This past Friday was the first time I saw a gain bigger than .5 of a pound. I gained 3 pounds!!! I went from 370.8 to 374! I was so mad. I try to remember that I have lost 151 already, and I shouldn't get upset just yet. But then again... that "time of the month" is coming.

Someone told me that 1-4 pounds is not really a gain, it is just a fluctuation, anything over 5 pounds is a true gain. Of course, that is hard to remember when you step on the scale. I have been staying away from the scale lately because I am driving myself crazy!
