Tracy, I can't remember the exact size of one, but I think your pouch would let you know if it was to much. Listen to your body. I went to TB's website and got the nutrional value of it. I did it for a beef one. I'm definitely no expert, but I don't think I could manage to eat a whole burrito supreme. Don't worry, I'm not judging you, I just don't think I could do it... but then again I only give myself like 10 minutes to eat and then I'm done. Maybe if I sat there awhile and picked, I could eat half of it... but for some reason I still can't do the tortilla thing yet. I went to Chevy's last week and had a half of a crispy chicken taco over about 40 minutes. I wished afterwards I hadn't even had that. I think it's important on this WLS diet to stop when your satisfied, not full. When your body stops feeling hungry, then your probably not anymore. Save the rest for later if you want (if it's something really yummy, I always tell myself I'll eat the rest later, but usually just end up throwing it away). Hope that helps! Dawn

My weakness is strawberries! I can eat 8 or 9 at one time, then 3 hrs later same thing. They are not filling and cals are low. And do they ever have the water! I stay in the bathroom. I have not checked to cals per cup, just remember from past diets they are low. Marla
