Current wt: 164
Loss this week: 1
Loss thus far: 92lbs
I wanna be in the century club baaadly! lol...
I notice I eat more and have been very careless abou****ching what I eat. I eat too fast, have foods I shouldnt, and just don't have enough protein!!! I rarely exercise and need to figure out a way ASAP to not saboutage my progress.
