8/30....Progress report, where are you all???
Hi everyone,
I am sure I am not the only one to notice that we have not been posting our success weekly. What happened to us? I enjoyed seeing everyones weekly progress. Anyone can start the post, and since I noticed there is none for this week, I will.
I have lost a total of 88 pounds to date, This is 63% of the weight I want to lose. This also being one of the better weeks since surgery. I usually average 6-10 pounds a month, but this month I am already over that. This week alone I lost 6 pounds, and I have yet to reach a plateau. My loss has been slow but steady. I can eat anything, and I don't dump. I try to get all my protein in, faithfully take my vitamins, but slack off on the water.
I hope you all are doing well, and enjoying all the compliments, and good health that comes with a weight loss....
Take Care, and see less of you next week.

Susan,
All is well here...
I finally stalled out at -136 lbs and it seems like a plateau for about three weeks now. But I'm not worried because I'll go down three lbs and up 4 in a week. Dr. said it is merely body reconstructing/settling in to weight changes and it will move again; just continue doing what you are doing and drink water. It's funny because my size of clothes have changed again during this timeframe. I went from a 22/24 to a 18/20; so I quess I'm merely losing inches right now...
Not good news and not bad news either... I am fine... God is being good to ME!!!!!!
God Bless you all..

I am down 116lbs. From a size 28 to a 16!! People are really noticing and I feel great. I discovered the power crunch bars that are advertised on this website and they are great!! I eat one a day for my afternoon snack. It tastes great and has the added bonus of 14 grams of protein. Glad to see that everyone is doing well...keep up the good work.
Susan,
YOU ARE DOING GREAT!!!
I have lost 114 lbs since Aug - I can't believe it!!!! I would be happy and satisfied if I can get to the 160's and STAY there (at least not gain!! LOL) so I have 12+lbs to go! Of course - if I lose more - that is ok too! I had slowed down alot and then started going to the gym the first part of Feb and have lost 17 lbs in 6 weeks! I feel good and average 1-2 lb weight loss per week - this last week I lost 4 lbs. I wear size12/14/16. I started at 26/28!

You all are doing great!!!! I envy those of you who are over the 100 pound loss mark, but I will get there soon enough. Like I said, this week is the first time since the month out of surgery I have had a signifigant loss. My weight loss per week goes from 1/2 pound to 2 pounds on average, but this is OK. I have not had a plateau, and I hate the thought of doing so, especially since I am a slow loser. But, hey...slow and steady and I will win the race anyway. Just the thought of having a better chance of not putting the weight back on is a prize enough for me...

As of today I am down 72 pounds. I was only losing about 5 pounds a konth for the past 3 months, but this week I lost 7 pounds. Due to the fact thast I went bqck into surgery on 3-12-05 because and ulcer that delvelpoed in my stomach ruptured ruptured and I got pertonitis from it. I was in critical condition for a few days, but an recovering nicely at this time.

Thanks for the post Susan, I've been feeling sorry for myself this month. I'm really stalled. I've gotten into the bad habit of eating in the evening. I can also eat more now. I'd like to lose another 40 lbs. so I'm going to have to really watch it. The good news is that I've lost 98 lbs. and I've been exercizing on a regular basis and can wear a regular misses 12 or 14. ~barb

I hope that I am not intruding on this post (you are all on the same day) but I think that it is a great idea . My surgery was on August 2 ,2004
and I am down 130lbs. and doing pretty well . My weight lose has slowed down also but I have not hit a plateau yet and hope that I don't because i still have 110 lbs to go . I am sorry if I put Myself into a special group but you are all doing very well and keep up the great work.
