Tracy,
You are doing great! You look wonderful!
I have lost a total of 82 pounds down to 174. I can pretty much eat anything in small quantities. I have not tried sugar yet so I am not sure about that. I have started step aerobics and I love it. The next 6 months are going to be a blast. We have come such a long way. I go to the doctor tomorrow also for my official 6 month visit. I have been experiencing hunger pains around the clock so I am scared that I have an ulcer. We'll see tomorrow. Keep up the good work everyone!

I haven't been on here in ages! Glad to see that you all are doing so great.
As for myself, down to 168 from starting of 255, that's 87lbs! Geeez! That's another person! lol. 28lbs from goal and happy with the results. I eat most anything, but usually stick to my safe foods of fish, sushi, salmon, chicken, veggies, etc. Nothing crazy, but I do drink with meals. I've tried my best at stopping that, but I haven't been successful. I feel like I'm depriving myself of something when I don't have a sip... Aside from that, my usual 2lbs a week are as constant as the tide.
I'll be on here more now, Promise!

I am 6 months out as of 8/30, and I have lost 80 pounds, and 79 inches. I have not plataued. I am a slow and steady loser, I average 6-8 pounds a month after 2 months out. If you lost 50 pounds, or 100, just remember, your losing, and the rate of loss is not as important as the actual loss itself. I also heard somewhere along the way, that when a person loses slow, there is less chance of hanging skin. That, I would imagine also depends on age, amount of weight to lose, and metabolism. Never be disappointed in YOUR loss, each and everyone of us are as individual as fire and ice.
God Bless,
Susan
