YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank You, Jesus!!! I have not seen the scale(at home) move in 2 months, and I got on this morning and it's down 3 lbs!!! Yeah! I've been eating pretty much anything and everything lately and seeing the scale FINALLY move is just the incentive I needed to get back on the wagon. According to my scale, I am now down 99 lbs.!

Congratulations! Funny how that scale can make us smile or cry! I am going to stay off of mine for a while! Seeing it go up one pound makes me so nervous even when in my head I know it is water weight! The trick is to find the right amount of not weighing too much and not weighing enough! Susan
