120 pounds gone!

I am a little over six months now. I was six months on the 9th. I have lost 120 pounds. I am going to the dr's on March 3. I was supposed to go on Feb 10, but we had a snow storm, and the hsp is over an hour away, so I had to reschedule. I can't wait to go back and see that man that helped me change my life. I hope the surgeons realize what a blessing they truly are. My weight loss has slowed down some now...but the weight is still coming off. I still have about 60 pounds to go. I figured the first 120 came off in 6 months...hopefully the next 60 will come off in the next 6 months. I feel wonderful. I still don't have as much energy as I want....but I'm sure that will be coming.

Wow! You have done really great, Brenda! I am so happy for you! I am sure you will reach your goal....and you'll get there before you know it! The energy level could be due to a lack of B-12. Your doctor's office will give you another B-12 shot at your 6-month checkup, and you'll feel better within a few days! Good luck! Try to stay warm up there in the north! We're just beginning to see spring arrive in central Alabama! I can't wait! ~Laura
