Eating issues
I have been going through the same thing this week. I don't know what to do about this. I have lost 104 lbs. but i haven't lost anything in 3 weeks. I still need to loose 150 more lbs. The past two days I just can't stop snacking. I try to eat thing that are good for me but i am still snack. I don't know what to do. I also think my pouch has stetched.
I can tell you the hair loss so normal I know that. I lost alot of hair but it has stoped for now. I hope for good.
I find that some days I could eat everything in the house and other days I go for hours without wanting or eating anything. I have lost 85 lbs but still have a long way to go!
When you're hungry or going for a snack, have some water or Crystal Light first. It may be what you need to curb the cravings and get you past the rough spots. Late in the afternoon is hard for me - my blood sugar drops and I head for the snacks. Luckily, I don't keep much junk in the house, so I have to make better choices.
As for the hair loss - if you find the key let me know. I didn't lose any until about the third month and now I feel like I am bald! I am blessed with very thick hair and just cut about 4 inches off because it felt so dry and damaged. It's still falling out, but my hope is that it will end soon!

I too get scared that I have stretched my pouch, or that my weight loss will stop or any number of issues.
Occasionally - my husband and I will go out for breakfast or dinner. We go to one of our old haunts (pre-surgery). Once you are seated and order the same entree that you ordered pre-surgery (minus the drink, appetizer, bread and dessert and then find out that you can only eat a fraction of what you could before surgery - you'll feel content that you haven't stretched your pouch or that it hasn't mysteriously hooked itself back up with your old stomach.
Try it, you'll give your mind a rest.
