Hi, I have wps insurance, but a self funded part of it called insurtec, thru the Wauwatosa School District. My claim was denied, then we wrote letters and gave the packet to the supperintendent of schools and asked him in person to help save my life. Within 3 weeks I was approived. Yes, letters and plees do work. Marie
