question: new pic??

how do i put a new pic on my profile thing? i want one that shows the before and after of me... i have the "before" one up (eewwwww) i need the "now" one of me up too!!

Hi Celey, Basically, you need to have your pics loaded on one of those free sites like photobucket.com. Then, go to the pic you want, copy the URL. Come back to obesityhelp.com after you copy the URL of the pic you want, and follow these instructions: Go to "your profile" at the top of this page here, and when that page opens, you will have to enter your password. When you get to the next page, you will see a bunch of options; how to update general information, etc. At the bottom of that page, you will see an option that says, "Profile color and photos". Click this. You will see a page that says "photo one" and "photo two". Where it says "URL" is where you paste the URL of the pic you copied from your pic hosting site (photobucket is good). Make sure the link you paste in the URL area ends in ".jpg". Then you can add a caption, such as "This is me after my surgery in February 2005". You can also enter your weight that you were in that pic. After you are done, click the "update" option at the bottom. Let me know if you need help with the photobucket option. If you want, you can always e-mail me your pic and your password to your profile and I can do it for you, but it really is easy. Follow the above directions and you will be all set! Keep in mind after you click "update" it can take 10 minutes or so. Usually it happens right away, but sometimes it takes a few minutes.
