working out and low blood sugar???

Hey everyone! It has been awhile since I last posted but, I am very concerned about my workouts. I have been steadly working out 4 days a week for the last 5 weeks and at least 5 times I had to stop after 20 minutes because I felt faint. But come to find out it was my blood sugar dropping way to low. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what did you do about it? thanks,kc

I haven't had this trouble recently, but usually when that happens if you get some fruit juice or peanut butter or a 1/2 apple/orange, you will be fine. Before you go to the gym have a couple of crackers w/pb on them or eat a piece of fruit. You might see a difference. Good luck. JUDY
