6 month Update!!

I started out with a BMI of 56.6 and 340 lbs, I am happy to say that after 6 months I am down to a BMI 38.1 and 229 lbs. Down 111 lbs!!! I am really excited about what is yet to come. I am getting a treadmill today to celebrate my 6th month post op and to motivate me to walk even at night. I feel 500% better than I did 6 months ago and have only one minor complication. This surgery has literally been a life saver for me. Good luck to all of you with your weight loss and I will check in again soon.
