I know how frustrating it is to be on a plateau, I just got off of one that lasted 6 weeks. The scale is finally moving again. It never occurred to me during that time frame that I really was still losing...losing inches that is....I took my measurements this morning, and from the last time I measured on January 20th, I have lost 5.75 inches...that was 3 weeks folks! I couldn't believe it when I did the math. I knew yesterday that the pants I had on had fit me about 2 weeks ago, and yesterday they were SOOO big on me...that is what made me check my measurements this morning. So if you are on a plateau and you have been tracking your inches lost...measure again! You just might be surprised with what you find out!!! Judy, I can 100% relate. I have been struggling for about 4 weeks. But that is when I started exercising 5 days a week and I couldn't lose a pounds to save my life. However I was losing inches. The scale is moving in the right direction again but I had to change how I was eating and my liquid intake. I have to really try to get in at least 70oz of water plus my protien It is a juggling act But so far I am getting results. I am going down in clothes sizes too. With the exercise it really takes the vitamins and minerals out of me so I had to beef those up a bit as well. Live and learn, but I wouldn't change this experience for anything. I am loving life. I was stuck at 67 lbs for about 6-7 weeks...and it was scary! I kept thinking "is this it??" but I tell you, OH is a sanity saver! I wouldn't have made it without OH! I came to realize there was a lot of factors at work...I wasn't exercising like I should have been, I had a horrible Thanksgiving followed by a long bout of depression...then Christmas...and the fact that I lost so fast in the beginning I had to let my body catch up! You know what broke the plateau? (I don't recommend it! lol) I had a bad case of the flu, 3 full days of chills and sweats and aches...and not eating of course...and I am happy to say that since then I have started shedding lbs again and am at 89! Yipppeeee!!! Best of luck to all! Susan
