6 months out and very happy!!!

Hi everyone, Hope you all are well. I had my 6 month checkup on January 31 and I am now down 122lbs from 347 making me 225. I am so very happy I am ing for joy. I am now a size 14/16 I have lost 12 to 14 sizes depending on the brand name. I feel like a million bucks. I had all my labs done and they are great. I am now 75 pounds from goal weight of 150lb before my tummy tuck and breast lift. Can not wait for the lift wow does my back hurt. I just had to share my excitement .Thanks for always being here. That is awesome news. I have a question though. I started out at 350 and my 6 month anniversary will be Friday. I'm down to 235. Why am I still in a size 22 jeans???

Hi Tracy.....I am wondering the same thing. I am 225 and wear a size 22 jeans, and a 20/22 blouse. The only thing I can figure out is body type. Some are pears, some are apples....unlike me, who has had an hourglass shape even at my heaviest. I guess I have been fortunate, even at my heaviest. I am not overly large on the top or overly large on the bottom.....my body is proportioned nicely.....hmmmmm, I wonder if this means there is still hope for me to be a 36-24-36...lol Susan

That is wonderful Brenda!!!!! WOOHOO!!! Keep up the good work! I just had my 6 month visit as well...I'm down 100 lbs from 254 to 154 and from a size 24/26 to an 8/10...more an 8 lately though. I'm only 24 lbs from my goal of 130 lbs. I'm going to wait on my tummy tuck and breast lift though as I want to have children as soon as I can. My thinking is this...why get it all tight and pretty to stretch it out again when I'm pregnant? Why not use the skin that's already there? Well, keep up the good work! Kristy 254/154/130
