8/16ers, 25 week check in!

Hi there everyone! I hope everyone had a great week! I finally have busted that plateau, and have lost 10 lbs. since last Monday! Thank Goodness! I weighed in this morning at 271.4. Hopefully I can still make that 100 lb. mark by my birthday - Feb. 27. I was at 271 yesterday morning, so I'm guessing that .4 is water since I didn't do so good with my water intake yesterday, or Saturday for that matter. For some reason I do great during the week with my water, but when I'm home on the weekend, not so good! So how did everyone else do? JUDY 359/271.4/167? -87.6 lbs! Finally on the move again!

YAY Judy!!! I'm so glad that dern plateau has been BUSTED! I'm still holding at 165 - two weeks now with no loss, but I'm okay right now. I deserve it anyway after the way I ate last night. Ugh. Can't wait to hear how everyone else is doing! Aimée 300/245/165/145

Congrats, Beautiful Judy!!!! I am having a slow month. I am at 215.5 lbs. which makes a loss of 90.5 lbs. I know the reason is my social life - too much BEER! Have a good week! Cyndi 306 / 215.5

Hi Judy, How did you break the plateau? I am exactly where i was last week and have tried everything!! Since i've become lactose intolerant last month everything has changed, hope to be losing soon!! any ideas anyone? Hugs Linda 360/238/160

Linda, I used EAS Protein Shakes, Pure Delight Protein Right Start Breakfast Bars and soup. That has been my diet the passed week. I plan on to continue on that route the next week or so. I'm determined to hit 100 by the end of the month! JUDY

Felt like a good week, lost 2 more pounds, holding at 174 for 3 days now. Usually loose every 3-4 days, but I grazed yesterday even though it was on carrot sticks and cheese. I still felt guilty. Been craving and eating strawberies adn watermelon like mad.

Maybe my brain is in a plateau! I can't see the scales moving any more, but when I weighed in at Curves today, I had lost about 4 pounds since the beginning of the year. And....another 1/2 inch in my arms and 1/2 inch in my thighs. I guess even though I don't really "see" the scales moving, I am doing alright. I resumed my Curves workouts today after my car wreck last Monday. My husband encouraged me to go back, even though I am still VERY sore. But, I am surprised at how much better I feel this afternoon. Maybe I will sleep better tonight and feel even stronger tomorrow. Glad I'm still losing, even though it's ever so slllllllooooooow. Sounds like you're doing great, Judy! Hey guys! I just weighed myself and I'm down 93.5 pounds. I can't wait!!! I'm only 6 pounds away from 100. I know I'm gonna make it REALLY soon too. Hopefully by the end of the month. I can't wait to see the scale read 230. I think I'm gonna cry. I have NEVER in my whole life been that weight. I can fit into an xL shirt. My pants are getting big on me (I'm size 19 now. Yeah, one of those odd sizes) I'm gonna call every person I know and tell them about my 100 pound success. Ok well I'm going on and on. Hope everyone had a great weekend.
