Hi Everyone, I had surgery August 31st and I have lost 55lbs. Alot of people have told me that you just have times when you really slow down. Just keep on doing what you are supposed to do, and it will come off. Just remember how much we would have gained without the surgery!!!! Some days I get kinda down, but 55 lbs in 5 months is alot of weight. My husband says that I can't see how much I have lost. I guess I still see the old me in the mirror. We all need to get it through our heads that we have all been so blessed in being able to have this surgery. Always remember, where would we be without it?????? Everyone stay in touch, we are all here for each other. We are the pouch club!!!!!

I'm in the same boat as you all. I have only lost -62 pounds since my surgery. I have stayed in the same area since Christmas as well. I sure miss seeing the scale go down. Lately my weight has actually been fluctuating 5-6 pounds both ways. Water weight I'm sure, but still very disheartening. Currently at 244 and was 238 1 week ago. Im sure my monthly bill has something to do with it but still not happy with it. Well hang in there ladies. I'll pray for all of us. 307/244/172
