Thank you everyone... It has been a fun journey so far.... The scale is slowly moving been stuck at 155 for the month of Jan. hopefully I will lose something this month... But I am so happy with the size 8 jeans Debra

Thanks... I finally lost 4 more pounds... been stuck at 155 for the month of Jan. this morning I am 151.... I am so ready to get out of the 150's... I am working out every other day doing cardio and weights and then go sweat in the wet sauna... Debra
