8/30 -5 Month Anniversary
HI! Marianne,
I was wondering where everyone was yesterday (5 month anniversary). Where has the time gone?? NO Big complications! I feel great - but seem to be MORE nauseated the last couple of weeks than before and problems with constipation. I have lost 97# and down to size 12-16 from 22-28's!!! COOL!!!!

I am so happy for all of you. I am not doing as well as all of you but, am still pleased with my results. I currenly am down -71 lbs. Thats at 238 from 309 which was my heaviest. I wish I could be losing faster, but I know that I have some work to do both physically and mentally. I need to buck up and get my exercise routine more regular and I need to start avoiding the salty foods. I sometimes bounce around a good 6-8 lbs of water weight from day to day. I may need to ask my Doc about this, sometimes it even gets to 10-12 lbs of water. This is pretty much my only concern, I am currently in a 18-20 from a very tight 26W. I have lost 2 of my chins....LOL! and most of my BUTT! tee hee. Now we just need to start seeing more of the belly melt away....

well today really is my 5 month ..Wow august 31 . I have lost 89 lbs. feeling pretty good. I exercise all the time and am trying to eat right. I'm doing all I can do, the rest is up to God.. I'm scared about getting really bad skin hang. I saw this lady's pictures after she lost 223 lbs and I'm afraid that's how mine will be.. I hope my insurance will pay for it to be removed when I get done with all this. Well As I said before, It is in God's hands. Sheila

5 months?!!!...wow...I can still remember sipping down the chicken broth and SF jello....wait, i definitely DON'T want to remember that part of this whole adventure! Better to concentrate on my size 16 pants that I fit into VERY well, hoping to get into size 14 asap! This rocks

(I usually just lose 2lbs a week; the only thing that I did differently was that I did not skip meals this week -- maybe that did it! I'm notorious for not eating breakfast)
Lost thus far: -75
*I changed my goal weight from 155 to 145
