NEW VIACTIV VITAMINS

I saw in the FoodWorld sale paper that they have new Viactiv Multi-Vitamin chewables (like the calcium) went to get some and they didn't have any in, got a rain check. Maybe stores will have them soon. Just thought I would let yall know.

I just checked them out on their website. Just a little info you might want to know. You can get a free sample by going to their website, which I did. I also checked out the nutritional information on the label that you can get from their website. They come in 2 flavors, chocolate and tropical. The chocolate has 2 g. of sugar, the first 2 ingredients are sugar and corn syrup, the tropical has 3 g. of sugar, the first 2 ingredients are the same. Also, there is no iron in this product at all, so you would have to take an additional iron supplment if you don't already. Just thought you might want to know. JUDY

Did you gals know that we cannot absorb the calcium in Viactiv ? It is a calcium carbonate, we need a calcium citrate. Calcium carbonate does not work without stomach acid and we do not produce it. I don't know anything about the multi vitamin you are talking about, but I would ask your Dr. or nutritionist. Judy 8-20-04 250/158/155 3 lbs. to goal YEAH !!
