How much water?

Hi all! How much water should we (5 month out) be drinking? I drink a lot of diet soda which I know is bad, but that habit will take me a lot longer to break. Plus considering I'm 5"11, I don't think it will stunt my growth! Also is anyone else here a Aug. 31st baby? Thanx, Becca 389/312/170 (yay! 77 pounds gone! )

64 oz. is 1.892 litres. Hope that helps!

Congratulations on loosing 77 lbs! My surgeon recomends 90oz or almost 3 liters a day of water. I did my all time high yesterday and got in 136 oz or just over 4 liters! Kristy 254/155/140 -99 lbs, only 15 lbs to go!
