I have been weighing toooooooo much. I want to see who wants to see if we can go 2 weeks without weighing and see if it helps my stopped progress. Starting today lets not weigh until February 8th, (my 19th wedding anniversary) Maybe it will help some of us. Let me know if you want to do this.

I weigh Everyday! Its horrible sometimes even twice a day. I'll try to be with you on this. It will be very hard! Until February 8th..................... --Marianne 256/185/140

I wish I could join you, but I am addicted to that darn thing. Its prat of my daily routine now. But I wish I had the strength to do it.

Had to add this one I am so addicted to the thing, that I started my cycle this morning and still got on that darn thing. Now that is just sick. I need scale help.

I cheated already! But i had good results this morning. I am down two more pounds for a total of 73 pounds. Wooohooo! I am going to try again! --Marianne 256/183/140 -43 pounds to goal

I would love to...but unfortunately I'm a scale junkie and so close to hitting that century mark...I have to weigh. Plus I just started upping my water and exercise so I'm curious to see how that affects me...good luck though! Kristy 254/155/140 -99 lbs

I am fanatical about weighing on Tuesdays. Ok...and Wed, and Thurs....and all the other days too. I like doing it right now to try to chart when my weight loss slows and when I am more hungry, etc. It is kind of nice to know what to expect month to month. I would do well to only weigh once a week. I would DIE if I missed a week. Good luck to the rest of you! LOL Tiffany
