OK, WHO IS WITH ME??
I am fanatical about weighing on Tuesdays. Ok...and Wed, and Thurs....and all the other days too. I like doing it right now to try to chart when my weight loss slows and when I am more hungry, etc. It is kind of nice to know what to expect month to month.
I would do well to only weigh once a week. I would DIE if I missed a week.
