LOOSE SKIN ON NECK
I've been thinking about this too lately. I've gone from three chins to almost one, and I am noticing the skin doesn't seem to be a taut as it used to be. I use a moisturizing lotion each day on my face and neck; it has an SPF of 30. I don't think it really does any good---but probably it doesn't hurt.
I exercise regularly, and I do believe it has helped with my overall skin firmness---or lack of sag, but it seems that if I continue to lose, which I will....and lose in my face and neck area....I'm probably going to have some loose skin soon.
When I think about exercising my neck, I pull my head back and stretch my neck and lift up my chin. I don't know any other exercises for the neck or chin. I chew gum occasionally, but I don't think that will make much difference either.
Time and attention may be my best defense right now. But, I will be interested to know how you feel about your neck in another 5 or 6 months. Check back with us and let us know.
