I can tolerate anything except brown sugar and maltitol. Still working through some boredom eating issues at nigh****ching tv or munching at work but getting it under control and working out now so hope to get my metabolism back in gear. Cherie

I am working on this "planed" snack thing. It is working on the grazing.I can pretty much eat anything.

I don't do sugar though...I'm afraid. I usually snack on pork rinds or cheddar cheese.

Hi there, surgery date; august 4, 04 height; 5'8 start weight; 319 current weight; 235 start size; 26/28 current size; 22 pants, 1X shirts how are you doing with eating; pretty well. Haven't tried any sugars, except one tiny bite of a christmas cookie over the holidays. need to get more protein and water in. having problems with constipation, was put on zelnorm. starting to feel the night-time "snackies" trying to keep that in check.. good luck to all!!!! Breads and greasy foods hurt my tummy! I have found out that I can tolerate sugar but I try not to indulge in the good stuff! Excercising 3X at week and I think I am doing well!
