Help

I'm really struggling. I have only lost 60 pounds since 8/10/04. My doctor wants me to loose 30 more before I go in March. I have not lost for 2 weeks. I feel that I can eat more than I am supposed to and I have lost my will power. I have increased my protein intake (started using powder protein in the last few days) Has anyone else been in this situation? Any Suggestions? I have come to far to fail on with this attempt also at loosing weight. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Are you exercising regularly? I think that exercise combined with the smaller quantity of food that we are taking in makes the weight literally "melt" off our bodies. But, 60 pounds is really good so far. You are NOT a failure! If you are not getting some exercise, at least 3 times a week (30 minutes each time), you need to do something soon! Good luck! ~Laura

honey you are not a failure... 60lbs is a lot especially if you were not extra super obese to begin with....increase your exercise, protein and water and put everything else secondary... and keep a positive attitude it really helps Lisa

Hello... 60 lbs is a lot of weight to lose in 5 months... you are doing great... I would probably up the exercise if you aren't doing that now... at least start walking and get the water in.... I know for me when I go to the gym it does speed up the losing ..... if I dont work out then I dont seem to lose anything.... Good luck and you are doing great... Debra
